There are several weather stations across Kent recording the local conditions at regular intervals. The stations are owned either privately or by the Met Office, and as a result their calibration and subsequent accuracy are likely to differ. Nevertheless, the data collected at these sites gives an insight into the regional variation across Kent.
Most sites provide data in a 'real time' format whereby it is uploaded onto various websites as soon as the data is collected, at regular intervals. There are, however, a few sites that produce data at the end of each month for the past month as a whole, listed as 'Archived' on the map.
